Resident Services

An email is required to be on file in our system, prior to registering for a Resident and Family Portal Account.

You can log in easily and securely by entering your email address, or with Google or Apple ID. If you log in using your email address, you will be sent a one-time email with a link or 6-digit code. Click on the link or enter the 6-digit code on this page to access your portal account. Your email address needs to have previously received an invitation in order to access your Resident and Family Portal account.

**Our online resident services system may indicate your email is associated with an existing account not associated with Bayview. You may continue using the same email address during this registration process.

**If you are a family member who wishes to make payments on behalf of a resident or child, please request that we add your email to the resident/child's record.
